Perfect couple

Keine (blau)graue Maus.

Dass ich blau wirklich gerne mag, habe ich Euch ja bereits in meinem letzten Post gestanden. Neu ist für mich, dass ich blau in den unterschiedlichsten Nuancen extrem gerne mit schwarz und grau kombiniere. Für mich ein perfektes Farbduo. Einerseits so zurückhaltend und schlicht, andererseits aber kraftvoll und frisch. Die blaue Bluse und der graue Pullover waren somit schnell als „Partner“ für meinen neuen Maxirock gefunden. Allerdings waren mir klassische Pumps und flache Stiefel als Ergänzung zu fad, klassische High-Heel-Stiefel oder Overknees waren mir „zu viel“. Daher habe ich mich auf die Suche nach einer neuen Kategorie in meinem Schuhschrank gemacht: Coole Boots mit Absatz. Keine Bikerboots, keine eleganten Stiefel – irgendwas dazwischen sollte es sein. Rockig & chic. Fündig geworden bin ich in der Boutique „Lieblingsstück“ im 17. Wiener Bezirk. Die Besitzerin Petra verkauft dort liebevoll ausgesuchte Marken aus Spanien, Portugal & Italien, die man sonst in Wien nicht findet. Wer auf der Suche nach ausgefallenen Modellen und Farben ist, die nicht jedermann bzw. jede Frau trägt, ist dort genau richtig. Für den Komplettlook gibt’s auch eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an Accessoires und Kleidung. – Was sagt ihr zu meinem heutigen Look und meinen neuen Boots?

Not a (blue) grey mouse.

I’ve already confessed my love to blue in several posts – for example in my last post. But what’s new about this love? It’s new for me that I recently like to mix different shades of blue with black and grey. A perfect color couple in my opinion. On the one hand so restrained and simple, on the other hand so powerful and fresh. Therefore I was quite quick in finding matching partners for my new grey maxi skirt: a simple grey pullover and blue blouse. However it was a bit more complicated in finding perfect matching footwear for this look – cause high heels would have been to „boring“, high heel boots and overknees too much. Therefore I was looking for a new kind of category in my shoe closet: cool boots with a small heel. No biker boots, no chic high heel boots – but something between. Rocky & chic. I’ve found this kind of boot in boutique „Lieblingsstück“ in the 17th district of Vienna. The owner Petra is selling there lovingly selected spanish, portuguese and italian brands, otherwise not seen in Vienna. Those guys of you searching for styles and colors not worn by everybody are at the right place there.
