Zarte Spitze & derbes Camouflage-Chiffon, grobes Fell & leichte Seide, hartes Leder & filigrane Pailletten. Den einen stellt’s bei diesen Kombinationen die Haare auf, ich denke mir nur: Her mit dem Material-Mix! Nachdem ich heuer schon vieles munter drauf los gemixt und gematcht habe (colour blocking, chic ’n casual, Mustermix, …), ist diese Woche das mischen von unterschiedlichen Materialen dran. In meiner „material mix collection“ zeige ich Euch, wie mit verschiedensten Materialen trotzdem ein harmonischer Look gelingt. Solange sich ein roter Faden durch den gesamten Look zieht (Farbfamilie, Stil, sorgsam ausgewählte Accessoires), sind nach meiner Meinung den Experimenten keine Grenzen gesetzt. Den heutigen Look hätte ich auch mit einem normalen weißen/cremefarbenen Rock aus Baumwolle tragen können – was aber fad wäre. Durch den Spitzenrock bekommt der Look die besondere Note. – Seid ihr meiner Meinung oder ist der Mix für Euch daneben gegangen?

Some guys of maybe think „what the hell is that?“ – but I think „welcome, my dearest material mix“ 🙂 … After having already mixed and matched so many things (color blocking, chic ’n casual, mixed patterns, …) this year, I want to mix different materials this week. In my this week’s „material mix collection“ I’m showing harmonious looks, although wearing various materials. As long as there’s a common thread in your look (color family, style, carefully selected accessories), in my opinion there are hardly any limits to experiment with materials. Yes, I could have wear my today’s look with a normal (off) white cotton skirt – but that would be boring. Particularly by the lace skirt this outfit is getting that special touch. – Do you agree or do you think that this material mix doesn’t work?
